The Customer Success Manager role is responsible for establishing and developing long-term relationships with SIT+ customers and prospects. The Customer Success Manager ensures that all existing customers of ServiceIT+ receive appropriate care, attention and value-added services, initiating communication with decision makers to assess their needs and sell his company’s products or services.
Point of contact for all customer queries and concerns regarding their existing services agreement with ServiceIT+
Manage Customer communications to provide product and solution updates, references and the like.
Periodically review license usage of existing customers and propose additional services or licenses that will optimize the customer’s experience.
Send out proposals and follow up of renewal of subscription or annual maintenance agreements
Look out for opportunities to upsell/cross sell products and services
Proactively communicate on a regular basis with all customers to identify new sales opportunities, provide customer service and ensure account renewals
Execute direct marketing campaigns such as cold calling or email marketing
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field
At least 1 year work experience in sales and/or marketing
Familiarity with sales process, IT/Software
Familiarity with Solution Selling, Sales Process, and Enterprise Selling
Knowledge in Sales tools/ CRM (e.g. Salesforce, Pipeline or Zoho)
Knowledge in leads generation and account planning
