The IT Specialist role is responsible for providing customer support services to ServiceIT+ customers. They will be involved in the planning, implementation, quality assurance, testing, training, and resolution of technical issues for customers and internal projects.
Develop in depth technical expertise for a specific product line and technology
Communicate the status of tickets accordingly, that both technical and non-technical are able to comprehend the purpose of the activity, the responsible parties, timelines and desired output.
Involvement in post-sales efforts including but not limited to: product installation, configurations, testing, QA, and product training.
Support and troubleshoot production applications
Document client issues and requests, providing feedback to sales and product management
Providing help and answers to the customers’ technical issues through identification of the problem itself, research on answers and subsequent provision of guidance.
Qualifications:
Graduate of two-year Vocational/Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or related.
